When we met, I told her I played in a rock group, and would she like to come and see us. She said yes (and later told me she thought it would be a crap band in a poor venue). Saturday, two days later, and she was in the Babalou, one of the top nightclubs in the city at the time, and absolutely bowled over by the band. I got off on the right foot with her!

My 48th wedding anniversary yesterday it peed down time on the day - reception at the Tudor Rooms old Swan - time sure does fly all the best ;)
