EFC themed Nike Air Max 95
Hi all,
Need to replace my gym trainers,
Had nike for a while now and despite being great they've met the end
Which trainers are recommended?
Addias Boosts have been mentioned but theirs so man different types?
Thanks.
Nike Roshe Run.
ASICS were the ones I always used to recommend when I worked in this world.
Usually for gym work you'd want a cross training shoe rather than a running shoe. 2 very different things.
But I wear running shoes for gym and not had an issue at all.
I have ASICS and they're dead comfy. But New Balance, Saucony and certain Nike and Adidas ones would be fine.
Essentially it's what is most comfortable for you.
Thanks, any particular models?
This lads.Wouldn't have a clue these days mate sorry.
ASICS ones with the Gel system in though for sure.
No tried it personally but two people I know well have both gone down that route and swear it's worth every penny.Has anyone ever been to that Natterjack's running shop to get their running gait looked into and advised about what running shoes they are better wearing? Is it worth the effort?
