EFC themed Nike Air Max 95

ASICS were the ones I always used to recommend when I worked in this world.

Usually for gym work you'd want a cross training shoe rather than a running shoe. 2 very different things.

But I wear running shoes for gym and not had an issue at all.

I have ASICS and they're dead comfy. But New Balance, Saucony and certain Nike and Adidas ones would be fine.

Essentially it's what is most comfortable for you.

Nike Roshe Run.

Getting white ones for the summer, nice with shorts

Thanks, any particular models?

Has anyone ever been to that Natterjack's running shop to get their running gait looked into and advised about what running shoes they are better wearing? Is it worth the effort?

Once you had somebody better qualified than yourself tell you that your arches should be condemned, take any help given!

Two thoughts on this, opposite sides of the debate. Get shoes that support your feet, but if you're going to be running a lot, do as much as you can to make your feet and lower legs stronger.
