Ps - despite his age ( 30), Moussa Dembele at Spurs would be a very good addition for a couple of seasons until we were on sound footing again.

The same Dembele who has publically states he won’t move to another PL team, right?

BTW I don’t think Gilfi is all that, but unless we successfully gamble on a relatively unknown talent, I don’t know who could fill the role successfully.

He had a ankle injury in 2016 and said himself he may never be 100% again, it was operated on again last summer.

If it wasn't for that injury he would be up there among the best cm. I think lampard and Gerrard said he was one of the most physical players they had ever played against.
