Grzegorz Sandomierski's agent is claiming the goalkeeper has undergone a medical at Everton's training ground, Finch Farm

But also

Mucha was told by Everton he could go after he pleaded for first team football if a suitable offer comes in

Is there a rule about playing 3 keepers at once? And I mean...in the goal, playing as keepers?

Seems like the tactic for next season.

Just checked with my Polish pal ands he is very highly rated. It seems that both Chelsea and Swansea City were after him, so my guess he'll be 2nd choice and therefore guaranteed a start against Accrington in round 2 of the coca milk crappy cup.

Heard this during the week and posted it in the signings beforre Bury game, very highly rated, has had interest from big clubs, almost signed for Chelsea and Swansea apperently.

Has already played for Poland.

Just awaiting the news that Howard has been being secretly trained by Dunc, and he's our new centre forward.

Apparently this lad is very highly rated, never seen him like:

Further doubt has been cast over Dorus de Vries’ future at Swansea City after they launched a raid for Poland international Grzegorz Sandomierski.

Swansea were first linked with the sought-after 21-year-old goalkeeper last week and have reportedly stepped up their interest with a firm offer to his club Jagiellonii Bialystok.

Sandomierski set a host of top European clubs, including Juventus, Inter Milan, Man Utd and Man City, on alert with his performances for club and country last season, while Stamford Bridge giants Chelsea were believed to be leading the race to land the youngster.

But Swansea have moved to tie up a deal for the 6ft 5in stopper as they continue to build a squad to compete in the Premier League.

“On Monday, we received a concrete offer from Swansea. For several weeks they have been very determined to buy Grzesiek,” a Jagiellonii Bialystok spokesman told Przeglad Sportowy , Poland’s largest daily sports newspaper.

Sandomierski helped Jagiellonii Bialystok to a Polish Cup and Polish Super Cup double last season, keeping clean sheets in both cup finals.

Jagiellonii Bialystok finished fourth in Ekstraklasa, Poland’s top flight, last year ensuring they will play in the Europa League for the second year running.

He has also impressed in his handful of appearances for the national side including a stunning performance during Poland’s 0-0 draw with Greece at the start of April.

Any deal for Sandomierski would surely raise question marks about de Vries’ future in South Wales following revelations contracts talks between the Dutchman and the club had broken down.

We havent signed lots of goalkeepers - we currently have Howard & Mucha - who is expected to leave before the start of the season.

Ruddy has gone and Turner may or may not have gone as well
