Sounds great from a financial point of view. This board seems completely incapable of growing revenue for Everton so I think it should be considered. However, I seriously doubt the 3 sides (Everton, Liverpool, LCC) would ever agree on anything, even if it's mutually beneficial for everyone.

It's certainly not an ideal option but if there's a choice between this and watching Everton slowly decline every year, I'd say go for it.

100%

I think it would be great for the city to get involved more money for efc and lfc. Would united and city ever do it we would be the good old merseyside again (haha). it would make sense more so for efc due to the funds side of things aswell i would say lets do it we have both had the same stadium before aswell : ) thumbs up for me.

I'd like to think so,but didnt we apply for stanley park in the 80's and got knocked back?
It would be fantastic to build a stadium that towered over analfield and call it ours but its never going to happen!

Why? The council approved the RS's, which means precedent is there now, meaning they haven't got a leg to stand on to knock it back.

Problem is, we can't afford it.

People go on about everything being the LCC being responsible for our Stadium-wise dire straits, but didn't we cock it up with King's Dock and sort of put ourselves in this position first time around.
