In the latest in a series of interesting musical facts (that I shamelessly pinch off Snelly @Bryan) - Eric Clapton's Tears In Heaven fits over Thin Lizzy's The Boys Are Back In Town.

Cough, sneezing, sore throat and loss of voice?

However, before all of the smart-Alec's start, yes, these are all actual early symptoms of AIDS. And a cold. And flu.

Seriously though, take an anti-histamine, and it should sort you. Any one you can buy is fine, I prefer Cetirizine or Loratidine, as Piriton knocks me out. It works well though. Also, get some of that Beconase nasal spray, and use it in conjunction with the tablets. Works for me.
