It's so worth it.

Oh totally.

My food intake at the moment though (Mon-Fri) is Cereal or Toast, Soup or Cous Cous then a salad at night, followed by a yoghurt, with 1 or 2 pieces of fruit through the day.

I go to bed hungry, but then that's better than going feeling full and fat.

Gym once a week at the moment, going to step it up to 2 this week, and try and behave on the weekend.

It's getting into the habit though.

I'm doing something similar with the diet, getting there but have to start cardio this week which I'm not looking forward to.

Started back in the gym last night, it's astounding how much you lose by swerving it for a few months. You're best basing the gym on this:

once a week - maintenance
twice a week - maintenance and some progress
thrice a week - progress

Bench it lad.

Maintenance?

Bench it? I don't venture into the free-weights department. Full of gangsters and gangster wannabes.

I do have a bench at home though, so I can do that much here.

You're doing cardio solely? Fair enough.

Free weights isn't all about steds and the like though mate, I think you'd be surprised.

This is sounding horribly gay this thread now so I'm going to drop it.

Hey it's ok, i'm not afraid of my sexuality.

My plan is to do Cardio for an hour in one session, the next do some light cardio and then hit the resistance machines, and maybe the 3rd I could just stay at home and do some weights.

Then I plan to hit the pool once the moobs have departed.

I've used online grocery shopping services for years. Mainly a good thing. Any excuse not to walk around the supermarkets with the living dead banging into you and not moving out of the way when you're trying to pick up some tuna.

I did use Tesco but have recently changed to Asda; in part because Tesco is more expensive and mainly crap. Asda offers cheaper delivery and if they do need to give you a substitution (500g of grapes rather than 300g or something) they don't charge you for the extra - unlike Tesco.

Also, the last time I used Tesco I ordered some Green and Blacks organic chocolate biscuits which I was looking forward to. They didn't have them - which was a shame - so they substituted them for 2 tins of corned beef.

2 tins. Of corned beef. I haven't used them since.

The first time I used Asda I was given a bag full of shopping of stuff that I didnt order along with my other stuff. Didn't say a word obviously. Fresh chicken and loads of fruit and veg. Might have been veggie for nearly a year but we ate that chicken. Freegans now. Or maybe flexitarians. Haven't decided which yet.

So yes, Asda is good. Tesco is bad.

As for the pastie debate. Who in their right mind would eat a pastie from Tesco/Asda? Only a mental surely....

shop Online ? :dodgy:

If I want groceries I get up go out and purchase them from wherever I may go.

Not one of those 300lb fat asses who get in their autos just for a 200 yard trip, to save a three minute journey on foot, and they do exist.

Supposed to be joining (again) a Gymnasium /Fitness center this week, but still haven't paid any fees, must get my ass in gear.

Motivation.
