Hellerad

j'accuse!
Where about are you from?: Little Rock, Arkansas, USA.

How did you find these forums?:
Google thinks you're pretty swell.

How did you become an Evertonian?:
Like many of the current colonists flooding your web browser, I came to see how Donovan would perform in the EPL. And like most of them, I've decided to stick around regardless of his loan situation. It is truly scary how much quality and potential is on that pitch and bench. Everton is a hard working and competitive team on a reasonable budget; a welcome respite from the likes of Man City, Man U, Chelsea, and their ilk. I have been a Newcastle fan, so a healthy dislike of Liverpool comes natural. I enjoy watching Heitinga, Baines, Cahill, Peinaar, Rodwell, and Arteta. Plus, Fellaini's hair is boss.

Your all-time favourite Everton player?:
As an honest to God Everton johnny-come-lately, I'm not qualified to make any intelligent comment here.

Your current favourite player?: Cahill or Rodwell

Pineapple on Pizza, Is it socially acceptable? What are your views?: Yes. The rest of the world has discovered food with flavor, why must the English continue to resist?

we invented eating mate.

for a real wholesome treat make yourself some chilli pasties, grab a couple of cans and settle down for the experience that is g.o.t.

Cornish Pasty Recipe. Easy and illustrated instructions.

just substitute chilli for the filling, and savour.

Welcome mate, you're wrong about the rest of the world and the pineapple thing there you monster. The facts remain:

Italians don't have pineapple on their pizza.

Hawaiians don't have pineapple on their pizza.

Neither do they have pizza under their pineapple.

A chilli calzone is almost bordering on perfection though.

Fair point. Pizza purists should feel entitled to avoid the conflict; but I'll continue living on the culinary edge. You should give pepperoni and bell peppers a try. It's incredible.

Chili Calzone does sound tres magnifique. I'm still exploring that UK cooking website. I might have to grow bold and try a few of those dishes. Ham and Chicken Pie struck me as promising.

Welcome aboard mate.(y)

On your journey of discovery on great food don't forget the great British bacon buttie. It's the reason we are returning Landon to you (reluctantly) in such great physical shape.

RBOG - thanks for the pastie link but I'll wait for an original.

You lot fancy the Sayers' pasties, no? Have heard a shout for Ginster's here and there...
