Anyone a fan? I used to think it was a useless hot cup of crap!

It's actually very, very good for you.

Green tea first thing in the morning, normal tea for the rest of the day. More refreshing first thing good for you as well.

This is true. It's revolting. I find its good for digestion, a lad I work with, his dad is a GP, and swears by Lipton yellow label tea after meal.
I probably should go by peoples advice more, I usually have it on holiday, I don't buy it in England.

First thing in the morning (afternoon) I chop fresh Turmeric root & ginger, boil it up, add lemon & honey... makes me feel clean and great all day!
Coffee comes later.

Tea is brilliant.

I'm a bit of a tea geek so I have a nice teapot that I polish and keep in a special place.

Teabags are basically the equivalent of instant coffee. Powdery tea flavoured dust compared to the large loose leafs, packed full of flavour.

Anyway, green tea is awesome and I drink it all day at work. In between strong coffee obviously.

It's extremely good for you. I just don't like it. The only decent cup of it I ever had was flavoured with ginger. Now that was an instant hangover cure but I prefer normal tea.
