While it wasnt the greatest moment even in my 45 odd years as a supporter I shouted the house down when Paul Rideout hit the winner
The 4-1 demolition of Spurs in the semi at Elland Road was special too. I think they were special because they were not expected while in 1985-7 the world was our oyster.
Special non Everton mention for Michael Thomas lol
 
66 cup final, first time back for Everton after 33 years,the Shoit had won it the year before,we were losing 2-0 and came back to win 3-2,for raw emotion would take some beating,got back to Liverpool 1-hour before the parade the following day,absolutely drained.

Yes that. I was there for most of it as well FFS! Bad day in work and that. Hey I'm human, I got mixed up. I have of course edited the original post, entirely to save face in what's usually my specialist subject lol

I suppose what I meant was, whichever event you'd consider to be the biggest achievement to date is what I'd consider to be the greatest moment in our history. So when we win our next one, I will say that is the greatest moment.
