Wow. Everton fans are truly impossible to please. In a window where we:
  • lock up Coleman, Stones, and Barkley (3 of the best young talents in ALL of the EPL, not just our team) for 4+ years
  • sign Besic for what looks to be a steal
  • sign Barry
  • SIGN LUKAKU long term!!! (basically for the money we got for Fellaini)
  • Get a promising loan of Atsu
  • Loan out some of our own youngsters
  • Finally get rid of Guaye, Vellios, and NO ONE ELSE (McCarthy or Baines)
  • Sign some prospects in Galloway, Byrne for the future
  • ... and there is still time for more (Hennen, maybe more?)
We do all this in a world cup year (inflated prices) with no new investment. The only signing that looks remotely suspect is Hibbert - a cult hero of us blues. And let's not forget, we get Kone and Gibson back. Things look very good and this has been an undeniably excellent window (especially by Everton standards).

This window has embodied NSNO in my opinion. Would I still like to see more? Yes. More bodies and higher quality is always welcome, especially now that we are competing in Europe too. (thus I rated it an A). I think this may go down as one of our best transfer windows EVER yet some people (even at this point) would only rate it a B? man, we are tough fans.

I agree mate!

I'd still like to see us get another two or three players tho! I think we defo need at least one other striker and we also needed another attacking midfielder as back up b4 Barkley got injured so I'd say we defo need two new players now minimum - but 3 would be great!! 2 strikers, 1 attacking midfielder

And rating a window so early is also silly. I specifically think of Moyes's last window with us, a January where he only signed a mostly unknown kid from Barnsley. This place was up in arms and now buying Stones ranks up there with Coleman as one of the best buys ever (hard to imagine anything ever unseating Coleman from that one... still laughable that the best RB in the EPL cost only 60k.)

Probably an A so far, I'd say we'll need a busy deadline day with maybe another impressive permanent signing to maintain that though.

If people had shown me these signings in June I would have said A. But having seen how crap Hibbert was in preseason and how useless Jags and Distin have been I'd give it a C+.

If we bring in a good centre back and hold onto everyone, this window would be an A+.

Without that it drops to a B- for me, we've brought in some good players but I think we've focused far too heavily on offense.

And rightly so, we have outstanding defensive players, I prefer to focus on the work they did last season, not the 2 or 3 dodgy moments they have had in 2 games this season.

Your levels of overreaction are inappropriately low. You should either get some match fitness or go ahead and see a doctor about sorting this out medically.

Sticking with B.

Eto'o on £50k a week is a snip, plus Besic, but we still need 2-3 more players to just add more depth, otherwise we are only 2 players stronger than last season. No idea who we'll sign like, but anyone will do

I went A-.

Been the best since I've been a fan.

If we sign an attacking midfielder or defender before deadline got to be A+
