So I make a boss Banana Cake/Loaf thing and will share with you all shortly.

Use this thread to share your best recipes. Doesn't need to be a pudding. Can be anything...

IJJYSMITH'S BANANA BONANZA CAKE

Ingredients
-------------

3 ripe bananas (overipe is best)
170g caster sugar
170g self raising flour
170g soft margarine
3 eggs
Fewdrops vanilla essence

Method
---------

Use a food processor
Pre heat oven to 160C / gas mark 3
Add all ingredients and blend until well mixed
Pour into lined loaf tin
Bake for 1 hour
Cool and enjoy
If you are a nut lover, once ingredients are blended add 60g chopped walnuts and blend in to the mixture

Smithy's special tip: Top with Slices of banana or raspberrys to add to the fruity joy.

Ingredients

2 slice thick bread
grated cheese(add amount to own preference)

Method

Toast one side of your bread until golden
Apply grated cheese to other side of bread.

Place under grill.

await delicious bubbly meltednous and enjoy.

Grated cheese? You can't grate Wensleydale, which is the cheese of toasty perfection.

Yeah, the cheese is generally sliced by the pro cheese on toast maker.

Grated is for amateurs and children.
