No truth in the rumours then that we are going to allow that lot across the park to use it as a temporary home after their cladding on their new stand was found to be faulty and had to be closed due to a fire risk or that it is to be buried in a time capsule in the new Liverpool Blue Peter garden only to be dug up by robo Petra in the year 2121 !

It's worth buttons commercially. We should keep it within club ownership and make something of it in terms of a museum etc. Just to keep us within eyesight of the mutants over the park.

My father in law lives adjacent to Goodison and he believes it'll be left as a multi-purpose facility for the community to use managed through EiTC.

Leaves a permanent legacy of our occupancy in the area - hopefully provide much needed facilities for local residents - office space, meeting rooms, perhaps a 4G pitch.

Sure they will make changes as can't leave four ageing stands in that footprint- hopefully we leave the Old Lady to live a new life for the people of Walton. Nice touch if they do as land ain't worth much there and is as we know pretty much locked in for access as it is!!

Sit well with locality to the Free School and hopefully the Club Shop will stay too!
