I thought it was very quiet in parts, once the 3rd went in it was amazing but at 2-0 could of been better, I watched it on the TV so might of been better there

I think the mics are situated in rubbish places at Goodison.

Never sounds great on TV.

TV commentators (one of them was Le Saux) talked about it a fair bit, especially the roar that greeted the team at the start. When Naismith scored, the play-by-play guy went, "And now we have liftoff!" as the place went berserk.

Luckily managed to get a ticket Monday, in Lower Gladys, Row PP, have not been in the Gladys Street for years, it was absolutely bouncing in there. Sang me head off, had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.
