hey guys,

I have been a Toffee supporter for almost 30years and I´m finally attending a home fixture next season along with my oldest son, which I manged to make an Everton fan as well ;)

We are attending Everton vs. Liverpool next october b)

I was wondering if you guys had any pointers what we should do, is there a guided tour available for instance?
What are the best seats to be in etc..

Hi mate.

Tours are available but not on matchdays. The Park End is the best stand in terms of viewing, but the Gwladys Street is better for the atmosphere. Having said that, there'll be a good atmosphere wherever you sit since it's the derby.

Awesome mate, thanks a lot for that, I want to have good seats, however the atmosphere is equally important ofc.
Is there a store on Goodison I can buy merchendise in on match day?

Megastore is open on matchdays mate, but no tours. Not sure how you'll get a ticket though ? It may well be a case of getting them wherever that you can.

So how did you become a Blue mate ? would there be a Mrs Þór Eyjólfz that is puzzled by your [FONT=lucida grande, tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif]obsession ?

lets hope your a lucky charm mate, thoroughly enjoyed my tour experience even though i was about 8 and there wasn't as much media coverage as there is now. think i ended up with john oster's sgnature 4 times amongst the confusion of who all the players were

I was going to get the tickets online via evertonfc.com as an overseas FOREverton member. I became a blue back in 86´ , I liked their uniforms and their mentality on the pitch. :)

My wife leaves the football parenting to me, I have 3 kids and they all support Everton, my youngest son got a Chelski uniform for his birthday and I threw it in the bin and bought him a full Everton set. ;)

Id go the main stand myself mate, be carefull of obstructed views.

If you ordered your tickets online the ticket office is on Bullens Road i.e. Opposite Stand.

The Mega Store can be a bit hectic on Match Days, there is another in the City Centre in Liverpool One (shopping mall) called Everton 2 - tends to be quieter.

Get down Matthew st after!

I like this man a lot.

it depends what you want, if u want the atmosphere and the anger blood and tears of a derby go lower gwladys, but be careful of restricted seats, if you want a bit more of a relaxing atmosphere but still good as its derby day i would go park end
