There's a local Tennessee BBQ place here called Honey Bears that's doing ours. We do it every 5 years and it's always a smash hit. It's so damned good it'll make you curse at the dinner table!

There's defo blasphemy at the dinner table! Nah, it was born out of hardship one year and we've done it every 5 years since, since it saved the day 20 years ago...giving thanks, as it were.
Just for that I'm going to create a female Orc in Skyrim and call her Chicosa, then I'm gonna' marry an Orc barmaid and scissor dance until the break of dawn.
Oh yeah, and I'm off work 'til Tuesday so that's even better...sometimes being a civil servant isn't half bad, if you can ignore the politics. Enjoy your time with the chitlins, I know you travel a lot and they grow up fast.
Bah, I was supposed to have Monday off, but instead an urgent job came up in San Jose area. So I am flying there first thing Monday morning and heading to NASA's new research center (Ames) and hopefully fixing whatever issue they are having.
