Thats the crux of his view though isn't it? So you don't respect it.

Not having a pop at you here by the way! It is true of any person who disagrees with someone. We all like to see we respect an opinion but deep down we seeth at someone having a different opinion to us!

don't feel sorry for me, I'm doing ok, unlike a lot of people who won't be able to heat or eat this winter but let's blow £10 million on a funeral for people who have stole so much off us they can't even count it. I hate the royals and all they stand for. I'm a totally anti monarchist and wish we could vote in our head of state instead of one being forced on us with a threat of extreme violence by the misfortune of birth.

that'll be a no then, you don't have any explanation for the way people have been acting since the death except the brainwashing by the royal pr machine. Except to say it's childish to say that. First rule of fascism...silence the opposition.

No, I do. Respect his view that is. And I dont seeth at his different opinion. Unlike him, who believes he is somehow morally or intellectually superior to those that dont share his view.

Not sure who, exactly, has been brainwashed.

Well, your one explanation is millions have been brainwashed.

I would suggest respect, a one off thing in folks lifetime, (some Royal loons, granted), recognition of a life of service, weather is ok, (queue), duty, (all them brainwashed world leaders), interest, (history), sense of "change" after a few bonkers years, that they want to acknowledge/be part of, and looking at a mile long parade of real life Action Men is pretty impressive.

Some might be genuinely sad, (dont get that personally).
 
So, to summarise the past few pages:
Anyone that disagrees with the ridiculous, North Korean style reaction to a very old, privileged woman's death is childish, whilst all the royalists are really, really sensible and grown-up.
We MUST respect their views, but ours are to be dismissed. Woe betide anyone that disagrees with the "establishment lovers" views.
