Gerry deulofeu selfish concerns

The kid is a phenomenal talent and is clearly going to become a truly world class player. But Barca sent him out on loan for a reason, and that reason is to develop his game further. Part of that development is knowing when to take a player on, and knowing when it is better to release the ball early.
He has great ball skills and great passing ability, (his corners are petty good too) the main thing he needs to work on is his decision making. While it is great fun watching him terrorise full backs, and it helps tire them out for the last 15 minutes, there are times when he has beaten his man and a quick cutback would result in an open goal, but he chooses to try and beat the second man too and the chance is often lost as Lukaku/Barkley/whoever has to check their run and lose their momentum.

What's the point of claiming he's not perfect or that he's young etc.?...Who isn't young or still developing in the squad?....It's a pointless claim that isn't relevant to the discussion

If you have to resort to posts about me claiming I don't see Gerry's flaws (Which again, try some evidence next time instead of conjecture) to attempt to avoid conceding a point, I agree then that there really is no point
Why are you such a pompous little sprout.

Personally i believe our starting wingers right now should be Pienaar and Mcgeady or Mcgeady and Mirallas.

Deolufeu coming on with 20-30 minutes to go / running at tired legs.

And perhaps holding Del back till later to have some psychological effect.

Arsenal players knowing he's on the bench and capable of making a difference, changing the dynamic, like back in December when he came on in the '79 and scored the equaliser in the '84, might be worth something all by itself.

Make them nervy and not at ease knowing he's still to come on. Then some possible panic and opportunities from that when he does.

Unless things are already going very well for us, and his introduction in 2nd half risks changing the balance.

Am I the only person who gets a bit tired of him glaring at his team mates when they fail in a pass to him?

Sometimes passes fail.... just like sometimes long mazy dribbles into crowds of defenders fail...
