No doubt we will be discussing a sell on clause on their next buy back deal which no doubt they will insert when they decide to sell again unless we buy him back then the sell on clause wouldn't be needed though they might then insist on us putting a sell on clause into that deal or maybe we can just agree on a % of any sale or buy back with the selling or buying team as and when he gets bought, sold, loaned, bought and sold again.

My take on what's going on.

We don't want and are looking to sell.
Barca don't want him but are looking to make a quick buck.

We could sell him for 15m and be done with it. Barca buy him back for 10m and they sell him for the 15m and give us half the profit.
Barca have basically made 2,5m for nothing. Also pound is weak at the moment which may make it better all round for Barca to do the selling (if it works like that selling in euros).

I saw him singlehandedly turn some games so he has undoubted talent but he could never manage to produce that consistently or pull his weight work wise.
Haven't seen anything different in the U21's. Sorry it didn't work out with us but if it had today would be hard to take. Wish him well.
