We never afforded him the same indulgences Ross was allowed. Del had to play on the wing tracking back all the time, jumping for high balls. Ross got to swan around at number 10 for 2 and a half seasons doing even less work.

They do, they just sell them because Bartomeu - the President - would rather follow the Galactico's model of just buying those players.
It's why they're trying to get a manager in who understands La Masia and will back youth players and get back to the Barca style.
