Gol TV in Spain are talking as if it's a done deal that Barcelona are going to buy him back, then move him on to Milan at a profit.Seems they just want to ignore the "keep him for a year" clause.I've a feeling we'll end up negotiating a deal that gives us a higher percentage of the sell on if we agree to a direct deal allowing him to go straight to Italy.

Don't see any point listening to reports from Spanish/Italian media. Not like we ever listen to crap Sky say is it?

I'm watching the Milan derby - on and off - and a commentator said Barca want him . He didn't
mention the fact that he's an Everton player. Geri hit the post just after that comment, btw.

I watched the first half there. Immensely talented but deeply frustrating player. Does some special things then make a real hash with the final ball and shot. Plus I don't think he's suited to England either.

To me, when Zaha, Bolasie, Sterling etc are £30mill+ players and we're just giving this lad away for nothing, its a wrong move.

His failings can be labelled to all those players mentioned.

We don't have a choice do we. Barca have the buy back clause or would never have sold him for peanuts in the first place.

They've only done that because he's not gonna play for us, he wants out, he's playing very well for AC (a club they've done business with for years). Barca can make a bit of cash for him too. They're being a broker in a deal.

If he was happy here and playing well, I don't think Barca would buy him back just to sell him on to another club. They'd leave him here.
