Gerard Deulofeu

Only attacker in the club who can put in a good early cross, misused as a forward looking for balls over the top the few times he's started this season, given only 20-30 minutes to affect a losing game the other times.

I wanted him to do well but was always worried that he wouldn't become the player he should be because of his lack of effort.

He doesn't work hard enough sadly for him, he didn't work hard enough for emery or koeman, we saw on Sunday what koeman wants from his team.. And deulofeu will never do that, I wish him the best, but we need a koeman type winger / use Del's wages elsewhere

Not true. If he didn't persist on trying to needlessly beat a man an put the ball in the box quicker he'd still have a future.

Totally agree, but will Depay do what Koeman wants? Not seen him much, but that didn't strike me as his style either?

Them balls for Lukaku though...

i like him too, and wish it would work out. but i also loved first year Martinez and wished that would work out, too. at a certain point, it just isn't going to happen. he can barely stay on the field more than 60 minutes a month.

still, would rather a loan than a sale, though i don't watch him in training...

Im not fully sure mate, Its not depay it will be someone else who will do it.

I think the chance is worth taking on depay though, he is actually pretty strong for a winger, he can get physical and I've seen him put a shift in a few times so he can do it.

I'm sure he respects koeman and knows if he brought him in that he would have to play how he says of he will be on the bench again

The idea of playing him/bringing him on was pretty much always better than the actual result. Can't say I'm not a little disappointed he's going but he needs to be getting game time somewhere or he's just going to fizzle into nothingness. Hope it works out well for him.

if he goes i'd much rather it be a loan, give him the chance to get himself sorted, playing games and ready to force his way back into koemans plans next year,
youn enough and talented enough not to give up on
