Stevie P was a legend for me, had heart, Ran till his legs fell off, Geri on the other hand is more concerned with his barnet and selfies.
I loved Stevie P,but like some of our existing squad they should have been steeped away with him he struggles at Sunderland- in his pomp,a fantastic player- Geri just needs a chance drop him by all means but to sell Spains under 23 captain is a bit reckless imo!
Stevie P never scored that many goals great provider though!
This kid is miles off what Pienaar was for us in his first spell.

Nah I agree mate, I'm just still raw about the P. My favorite Everton player....and I'm 45 so I've seen a few.
Geri should be given a go next to Rom, He is skillful, Makes space and can produce a worldy ball at times. Wasn't he being looked at as a striker preseason ??? give the lad a go as support

The one and only time he was given a sustained run in the team he was second in assists in the entire league (behind ozil) having played roughly half of the amount of games the other players on the list had.
