In terms of having a team full of 6ft hoof merchant grocks.
We wont play hoofball with our Harlem Gobetrotters.

yeah, but lets compare ourselves to a club who actually matter18 games into his tenure Koeman has the exact same points record for those games as Klopp did in his first 18 games in charge of the rs btw Joey.
Two starts in games since August is unfair imo v Watford he did more than well got dropped not even on the bench for the next game?100% they won't start, Davies may, but not Davis
Maybe Joey, the manager sees Deulofeu in training all the time, and like whenever he has played recognizes that the lad can't play more than a half without looking absolutely exhausted, and that's not even playing the high tempo/pressing style that Koeman wants them to do. tried him as a sub - produces no spark whatsoever.
Yeah i agree theres players that are deadwood we should clear out in preference to Deulofeu, but all the deadwood needs to go, and doesn't matter to me if we do it in some exact oreder, of the most dead till least dead. There all still needing to go mate
0 goals, 0 assists since March i believe, Deulofeu has absolutely no one to blame besides himself, the style of player he is - a luxury one, a team can only carry if they are producing, he doesn't so cheerio sadly
yes Klopp got rid of his deadwood we need a chainsawlol
Bayern Munich when Jupp Heynckes was in charge was one of my favourite teams of the modern era. They had power and pace and were ruthless. I preferred them to Guardiola's Bayern. I hope Koeman is going for something similar, it was great to watch and so effective.Nothing like building a team on power and pace, sure you need the odd sprinkling of talent in there, but its a good plan, we have complained for ages about our soft underbelly, lets see if people wanna mess abar when we have 11 monsters on the pitch.

Agreed. It's as if we're playing a 'play it safe' game at the moment while we're in transition. I'm confident that with more talent and players that suit Koeman's plans we'll see some nice fusball.Thats it, people have this idea that power and pace means hoofball, im fully aware thats what we are currently playing, but as we get "better" players in the football will change and I think most will prefer Koemans style over the tiki taka zombie mode we played under Martinez.

I get your points in your post , but this new Manager is a bit of an enigma to a few blues fans give him time , but his team selections at most times are boggling to say the least!
He tried Del down the middle pre season did very well he did wel in the game v Watford in that role late on result - he was dropped!? never even made the bench next game but cleverley???
Ballotelli, Benteke who they used the Bollassie money to buy him ironical scored v us at Goodison too- Bah!He didn't get rid of many (Allen, Sakho, couple of youth players). He just got something out of what he had and added.
Could be wrong.

Is that why he has a buy back clause to Barcelona then?Thing is mate, at what point do you turn around and stop questioning a manager for not playing Deulofeu and look at the fact that now 4 consecutive managers have deemed him not good enough to start for their teams?
Just slipped off my chair again ffs.Dripping ere.
