Maybe, just maybe it's the fault of the player himself for his non selection? If he's not showing enough on the training field compared to other so called less talented players then he doesn't get selected simple as that.

Nobodys whipping him, most seem to rate the lad, but its strange that his last 4 managers have all binned him off after less than 6months.

Even though he's not in the greatest form right now I think it would be a mistake to get rid of Del right now. Still young and full of potential, but maybe a loan spell would be good for him long term. I don't think he should go anywhere, but if the club thinks it will help him develop further than I'm all for it.
