Gerard Deulofeu

Well this lad hasn't enough talent to get in our team and not be willing to graft. It matters not TBH as this is his 4th full time manger and non thus far have truly fancied, all of which had different styles and ideas on how the game is to be played. Yet he never gets consistently picked, I'd suggest there is a reason for that.
Not really true though is it?

Emery and Koeman are both known for high pressing, and frankly pretty boring but hardworking styles

Barca had the likes of Messi ahead of him, and the kid was very young

Martinez played him and he ran the show, until he was dropped for an unknown reason for Lennon who in fairness had a really good run himself. Only thing is when Lennon went through his own bad run Deulofeu didn't get another shot

Thanks for that mate, try and keep that talk to the ale house if you're going to be like that
Sorry mate we've already seen that mask slip and the weird little cowardly Irishman pop out. No need to speak to you more, my job is done!

Now do yours.

Wouldn't be a bad shout to give Deulofeu given a run out as a sub up front with Lukaku if we're playing a two up there.

he in no way 'ran the show'

I love Geri, but people need to face the facts. He isn't all that.

He has a load of potential but there's something missing. ATM, it's the same with Ross.

I'd be sad to see him go if he does though, but not because of what he has offered, but more because of what he potentially could.

By Christmas he had the second most assists in the league, second only to Mesut Ozil, and was arguably our most dangerous player aside from Lukaku

Not saying we should not buy any players or keep him forever but for me keeping him is a nobrainer and playing him consistently now, especially that Bolasie is out, should be the case. But, he doesn't fit into Koeman's "style" of sprinting 30 yards to close down a left back who just received a short goal kick
