I love having G on the team, but the dude has *got* to quit with the excessive, showboaty "tricks" like stringing together ten fakeout stepovers beside the box only to get the ball taken off him or seeing his passing lane close, which happened several times today.

He's a great talent, but he needs a little maturity.

I hold huge support toward geri...and I have since he first came here. But, Barcelona isn't going to activate their buy back. He's good, very good, but he's not Barcelona A and any Evertonian that thinks otherwise is a masochist.

Wasn't as bad as against Liverpool but certainly not his best.

Seemed to struggle a bit more with his fullback, tired perhaps?

Yep, I would say he needs to be managed well. He's played a lot of togger the past few weeks after barely playing any for around 6 months. Tuesday I think he will get a breather with Kev and Lennon coming in then he will be good to tear Palace a new one ( unless required against Boro )

Loved his reaction to Lukaku's goal. I get the impression he'd rather set up his mates to score than score himself. He was probably the lad who would skin everyone about 5 times, round the keeper and wait for his mate to square it to when playing in the park.
