Even shorter than GK but apparently excellent.

Even Homicide: Life on the Street was ace.

In Homicide LOTS there are some characters which he used later in The Wire. Different names and everything, but the same characters.

I'll nip round to my brother-in-laws and borrow that GK tomorrow, I fancy that.

A lot of the wire cast were in Oz first. You think the wire or sopranos are nasty, find the Oz series.

Didnt really take to Oz, I gave it 2 and a half seasons, but it wasnt really impressing me.
