......I think he has lost co-ordination from what I saw of him having a kick around recently. Sad really.

I've seen it. He looked in as good a shape as I have seen him in years.

Could just be lights and cameras, but even if it isn't he's always just weeks from death if he picks up a bottle.

I watched it yesterday and I understand why he lost his grip on his life. Two tragic moments in his youth and his phone hacked in 11 years. Got on his nerves.

Good documentary and he seem in good shape during the interviews.

I do really sorry for him.

Reading/watching (cant remember) an interview with him he seems the genuine casualty of he english media. He made mistakes in his youth, lost a potentially world class football career because of it and he has to live with that now. But the media always looking for him to slip up, the fact he is always dragging something or other through court because of lies printed about him constantly its enough to drive someone mad, let alone to the bottle again.

I don't know him personally obviously but i wonder whether his ongoing drink problems have stemmed from the media and the bad publicity he constantly receives or simply through the lack of a true friend all those years ago?

One of the more comic/tragic quotes from him is that for years he thought news about the Gaza Strip was about him. Seeing your best friend killed in front of you at 7/8 yrs of age must do things in the depths of your mind that I certainly cant comprehend.
