Gardening with Joey

My neighbour keeps trying to pull out shrubs and small trees from my garden as they "grow across the fence". The fence is 4ft.

What do you recommend out of the following:

A) remain polite, remove plants and build an 8ft fence to avoid future contact
B) enlist Big Kieran to supply security services to protect said plant
C) enlist Frang's company 'cadaver logistics' to help remove the evidence of an unfortunate accident
D) plant a load of skunk plants in his garden overnight and call the cops.

Any other ideas welcome.
As you're near Swindon you would not be noticed if you sent out blanket invitations to a bbq house party around his. Wait til the place is rammed and dob him in to the rossers.

Either that or petrol bomb him.

He is only allowed to prune any branches that grow over your fence - skunk will not grow outside in our climate ......

avoid artificial grass if not laid properly it rots and stinks of the rubber it sits on plus do you fancy cleaning the bird droppings of it daily etc - if prepared properly it's expensive a DIY job will end in disaster......
I need to say mate mind does not stink of rubber at anytime, also I can jet wash it and I have had it for over 3 years now and looks as good as the day it was robbed.
