Player Valuation: £40m
*Lukaku brought on to score the winner at West Ham.
*Pienaar coming off the bench to score the deciding goal against Hull.
*Osman with a goal and an assist after coming on at Villa.
*Deulofeu grabbing the equaliser at the Emirates as a sub.
*Naismith coming on to level yesterday's game.

It seems like Roberto's rotation policy works because we have strong options from the bench to help us change a game. Once everyone is fit we could have the luxury of sending on Traore, McGeady, Deulofeu or Osman.

Sometimes he's still a bit slow to change the game, I've noticed, but compared to Moyes it is a breath of fresh air.

He seemed a bit more decisive with his subs early in the season when he had more options on the bench. Hopefully with the injured players returning we'll build a bit of momentum again.

Deulofeau will be a big boost when he's back. He was getting to grips with the Premier League and was a real threat. With him, Traore, McGeady, plus the likes of Osman and Naismith and we'll hopefully have some superb options up top (when everyone is finally fit)

Hardly a time to gloat

Why the heck not?

In football you are only as good as your last game.

They thought they had delivered us a knockout blow at The Pit.

But now we are right back on their tail.

I'll be "gloating" in work tomoorow....(y)

Another two game-changers from the bench today. That must be something like 14 goals scored by our subs this season.

I quite like Roberto's policy of keeping something in reserve but it probably contributes to our slow starts.
