They put out more rumours than anyone. Yes, they ultimately end up hitting on the ones that do happen, but way too much trash to say they're reliable.
It’s quite obvious to filter through the rumours to actual news though.
....que Será, Será, whatever will be, will be. Plenty out there, the skill is identifying the right ones.

In my limited experience with the Echo on twitter and its horrendous website nothing is easy. A reliable source wouldn't waste time writing up 8 rumours a day.

And when its the blatantly blag rumours they dont use 'the echo understands' they use 'according to the express, acording to the mirror'
When they use there own sources they are usually spot on! They tend to just reprint anything else that is out there purely for content
But as Marcelsgoat has said, when something is concrete, they are usually spot on
