G.O.T. Fantasy Premier League 21/22

Alright lads,

Fantasy Premier League is active again for the upcoming 20/21 season and i have renewed the GOT League.

If you've joined before you just have to renew your leagues after you have picked your team and you should be in.

If you are playing for first time and want to join the league, you have to register and pick your team here: https://fantasy.premierleague.com/

Then hit the League tab after you have picked your team, hit create and join leagues and enter the code: 17myti to join.

Fill your boots and enjoy!

We have a smaller league for regular members as the main league has turned into a bit of a monster as the code is public and anyone can join.

The regular member league is called The Lid League and the idea is you play against regular members you know on here, rather then the GOT league which is massive.

We dont post the code on the forum, but PM if you are a regular member on here and want to join and ill send it on.

If you've joined in previous years you dont need the code again to join - you just have to renew your leagues in the league tab.

Actually I did pretty well a few years back when I did this properly. Telegraph one i think. I came around 30th in the country and 2nd among Everton fans registered in the competition. Cahill and Lampard in midfield worked winders. Didn't even get a "well done" email from the telegraph ffs!

Then I binned the idea altogether when I found myself wanting an arsenal striker (can't remember who) to score against us, for the points!!

Football has completely lost me as a fan since then though. All I know is the Everton team - couldn't tell you anything about other teams or their better players so I'd be hopeless.

I don't get too worked up about the fantasy footer now although I have entered a team (of random numpties.)
A few years back I realised I was caring about the results of my "lads" at five on a Saturday as much as the real thing. It was time to rein back.
Mind you, any hint of success and the old tingling could re-emerge.

The prizes are great for even top 200 etc.

I played it for the euros and didn’t do well but it’s good fun.

I’ve read up on it and some people have like 20 teams entered. People put a lot of money in it.

No bother gents, have set up the Cyrstanbul League (No R.S.'s).

Rules are you aren’t allowed pick any R.S’s, if anyone picks any they will be immediately booted out of the league.

I won’t put the code on the board, in case there are lurking orks but I’ll send it to those who asked - anyone else who wants to join just ask and will send the code on!
