Everyone needs a good laugh, I'm always losing hours watching funny videos online - whats the funniest thing you've ever seen online?

It's a gif but whatever.

Did you see that dog that lost it's front legs but learnt to walk like people? It was pretty awesome and seemed happy and everything.

Well, someone took the video and added in arms. It just kills me.

Why are giffs funnier than video motion? I know it is but why? They seem to get funnier every time
