Watching todays everton is like watching England, Boring as [Poor language removed] and losing interest. Sad state of affairs and said more than once on here. We need a spark, A big spark. I'm dreading some of our upcoming fixtures especially the derby.

Agreed. I find it incredibly boring being an Everton fan at the moment

I fumed at Martinez. With Moyes I fumed at the big match choking but had The Joy of Bainaar, Arteta and Cahill to give me some highs.

At the moment there are no real plusses to get me excited (Holgate or Davis might do it but he doesn't play them) but we are not terrible either so its just boring.

I was nodding in agreement with this post until you said we are "not terrible" at the moment, Jon.

I think we are very terrible

Maybe, its just I can't see us being so bad we get relegated with Koeman, while I could see it with Martinez.

I'm expecting us to finish 7th to 11th (hopefully at the higher end of that).

But that is extremely boring and with no interesting football at all (last season at the beginning we had the fab four, Galloway abd Browning coming through, this season it's only Gana, Stek Barry and Williams who haven't let the side down)

Well my view, based on what we are witnessing on a weekly basis and looking at the run of games coming up is we could well be hovering three or four points above the relegation zone come the middle of January.

We are that bad.

Someone posted that only Palace and Hull have accumulated less points than us since this slump started in September.

That is very worrisome because there is no sign of an end to the slump.

I don't think we will be relegated but I am thinking this boring season is going to get worse before it gets any better.

If in fact it does get any better :(

we have some big games coming up against teams that could slot loads past us. It could be very grim in a few weeks. We need some new blood coming in early in the transfer window and ruthlessly shifting on some of the players who are past it
