Tremendous day out in Putney and at the Cottage.

The pre match team news was not received well but by the time we got to our seats the support was in full swing.

Doucoure and Harrison were very poor and how Doucoure thinks he is worthy of a wage increase is beyond me…they both played exactly as all the other games we have seen them this season.

First half not great but the Myko equaliser changed the mood. The second half was much better and improved further on 58 minutes when McNeill and Ndiaye came on and released Alcaraz further forward.

Keane was very good once he settled and I thought Beto never gave up despite not getting any help off the ref despite being repeatedly fouled. Ashley Young was targeted throughout but he did well and his experience showed through.

Special mention to all the Evertonians in the away end who gave the team unrelenting support and were rewarded for keeping the faith. The downside is I’ve got “Jordan Pickford is dynamite” ringing in my head all night!!

I‘be often said that Fulham is the best away day experience and today lived up to that billing.

A lot of Fulham fans are moaning about the number of Evertonians in the home sections.

I'd be more embarrassed at not being able to fill capacity when my team is in with a chance of European football.
