stick ewm in the oven then, I hated oven chips but these are superb, cooked evenly, dont stick and get white sides. In fact all Aunt Bessies stuff is good, her croquettes take some beating.

I went off oven chips ages ago, when I bought a new deep-fat frier. Usually make fresh chips if I can be bothered, otherwise it's frozen ones from Iceland or Asda. Mostly pretty good. I totally agree with the Aunt Bessie croquettes, though. Bloody lovely

Talk to me about chicken salt. You guys onto the good stuff yet?

As for chips, a chunky farmhouse cut for me. Love a good potato gem though, gravy, T Sauce... Its a meal in its self.

dont get it mate ? I had it once in oz, and tbh it made my chips taste ****e in comparison to 'normal.'

I don't get it especially if eating fesh'n'cheps. You're chips don't taste the same as ours anyway though, not sure if it's the oil, the spuds or the greek thats cooking them, but he aint no Aris Ramsdenopolous.
