He had nothing on the bench to bring on who could change the game, the only thing I would say is he could have made a couple of subs just to get fresh legs on because a few looked knackered out there tonight towards the end.

Couldn't watch live today, so have no clue but, was the lack of subs some sort of statement to the board? The options off the bench weren't ...inspiring, but surely some fresh legs were warranted?

Possibly his way of saying I’ve got no options outside the 11 without openly saying it to the media and risking his job.

To be fair, he isn’t paid thousands per week to come up with solutions in the game.

Frank on the other hand, is.

And maybe Frank felt the players on the bench tonight would have had no impact.
