In my opinion, he'd have a much better case to say "I put on two players and nothing happened, I need more depth".

In fairness they made 5 subs mate which is almost half the team and we kept the same 11 on all game.

We went 1-0 down to arsenal and turned the game around to win 2-1 with a 90th minute winner in December so there goes that urban legend that the dame created

Yeah... movement in the window for some strikers.

Drawn 3, 2 away (against 2 sides that annihilated United and Chelsea at home), without a striker or any goal threat. Games we could've at least got 1 win with an adequate strike force.
