But by constantly setting this woeful collection of cowards up to play 4-3-3 when they clearly can’t do that, he’s not exactly helping matters is he?
I agree mate 100%. But this woeful set of cowards is all he has to bat with, albeit some are supposedly his shout.......which I personally doubt to be honest.

Mate, is it him though who's got us here or disgraceful owners and board members, directors of football who'd not be able to buy a subbuteo team that wasn't crap or the players themselves. I now know after so many managers in such a short space of time it's no coincidence we're going from bad to worse. And yes, not a clue what the answer is but Lampard leaving will change little.
The board doesn`t pick the formation, the board doesn`t pick the players, tactics and the board doesn`t coach the team.... In the 6 weeks or so during the world cup what did we do???

Because against Wolves and Brighton we look like a poorly coached team that had no idea, no pattern of play... and playing high press against Brighton, that was Spurs Away mkII.

Lampard is an awful manager, play to the players strengths not shoe horning players in to a style that doesn`t suit them.... For all the boards faults this is his team and his style we are seeing, best to get rid and get someone who knows what he is doing.

If Frank is booted, he'll obviously be paid a wedge or two but can we afford that, with FFP implications? I'm thinking for instance, we have a few million set aside to strengthen but that gets spunked on Frank meaning no pot to piss in cash wise ??

I don't want to keep sacking managers as it doesn't work long term but it's not working with Frank his coaching and tactics are poor and the results speak for themselves I just don't see him turning it around so they should move him on and find a replacement. They will do what they usually do either give him more games we will lose then take a few weeks to install a new manager then fail to get any significant targets their negligence and mismanagement s precisely why we are buggered.

Appearances this season, how many of the most appearances are Lampard purchases....... who are to blame for signing off on these?

Pickford 17
Tarkowski 18
Gray 18
Iwobi 18
McNeil 17
Coady 16
Onana 16

Gordon 15
Patterson 13
Maupay 13

In a weird but truly honest admission I really hope you are correct, but it's past being a coincidence now of bad manager after bad manager.
Lampard's set up before last nights game was not questioned in a big way, I thought it was good enough to beat Brighton.

When the whistle blows the job switches from Lampard to the players, they went a goal down and turned once more in to the skunks we know.

Massive problem we have here, the Moysie years were Eutopia I now believe.
