Slightly depressing if thats how it all ends up however if he keeps us up and can get us away from the bottom of the table for a few seasons until we're in the new stadium and out of this financial mess then I can live with it. Its not like we can be that picky now is it?

Agree with the sentiment but maybe not the manager choices! I think we've got better players than Bournemouth, Forest and Southampton as a minimum. A better manager would be getting better results, albeit with a squad with some serious deficiencies. Lampard is really naiive at times. He stumbled across an effective system v City but completely changed it today and was ruthlessly exposed. His tactics and systems are too easily picked apart and taken advantage of by better managers.

Please list these 'better players'. To me they are ALL crap, never have we lacked in quality to this degree.

The thing is as much as Frank as everyone say Tory this and that has bought the club back together but over the last few months the cracks have started to show just before World Cup and other then the city result now. Yeah he did that single handedly but regardless of that this becomes now a job well above his station. It would take a mentalist to take this job if he loses his job so I would take the one that’s probably as mental as this club Ferguson or Brie las or however you spell it

I can't. Burnley were awful to watch, even when they played well. Just awful.

We are so far gone from quality managers. We need to rebuild and get up to around 14th. Then we can start building from there.
