Just watched the interview. We’ve had too many positive new manager interviews in recent years to be totally convinced, but can’t knock his ability to say the right things.

Reading between the lines it sounds like he’s gonna dictate to the youth teams how they need to play to maximise progression to the first team squad and we sorely need that. We’ve lost a couple of decent looking youngsters and let a few others’ careers fester until they’re out of that “youngster” category and shipped off on frees to the EFL.

Can’t wait for the inevitable FA Cup humiliation to put us back on the floor where God so obviously feels we belong.
