I think this is a bit unfair on Leicester actually. They found a weakness in our defence and focussed their attacks on that weakness - I don't think that's enough to accuse them of being worse than Stoke. Yes they sat back and defended in numbers, waiting to hit us on the break.... but they also came at us when they were a goal down and got their equaliser. Twice.
The fuming should be directed at the likes of Stones and Jags, who dealt so poorly with Leicester's attacking play, or at the players who faded dramatically on about 60 minutes, or at RM for not making the substitutions earlier and going for the killer blow when we were 2-1 up. Not at Leicester, who by and large were industrious and honest.
Just seems like you think you've been playing attractive football every year in the prem. You are a very good side but I think you could be a bit more humble when a lesser side puts up a good fight against you
I think we should have had the game sewn up by half time. We tired badly after the hour mark and your spirit and never say die attitude in the second half warranted a draw. You have mentioned your missing players, it will be interesting to see how you play with those in the side. Maybe it is unfair to judge you on just one game (although you did come across as a bit one dimensional). Leicester fans did not see everton at their best either. Lukaku and miralles had only 45mins of football prior to the game yesterday and of course no Barkley or Coleman till late on. Maybe it is unfair to judge both teams on that performance.Just seems like you think you've been playing attractive football every year in the prem. What I actually said was he COULD have been sent off for that. Not SHOULD, just COULD. By all means have a different point of view, but at the very least please read what it is you're disagreeing with. I made that point in response to @FOXINPEACE saying that Barry SHOULD have been sent off, simply observing that the ref let a few things go for both teams.
You appear to be ranting against comment that wasn't actually made.
I'd love to know how you idiots come up with this sort of stuff.
You haven't even seen Burnley play, and you couldn't create a single chance against a newly promoted side when 2-1 up.
By watching the game yesterday, clearly you will struggle to stay up aswell then. Moronic post, extremely bitter.
He was struggling with his leg from about 15 minutes onwards, I kept seeing him trying to stretch it out and feeling it all the time. Should really have gone off earlier than he did.Thought you played better after he went off actually.
Yeah, last time he was in the prem with a terrible Burnley he scored more than Jelavic managed to do last season for yourselves and Hull. But he didn't play one game for England so he's not some fun figure I suppose. They have Nugent up front though lads
LOL
That's harsh!'FOXINPEACE' didn't live up to his name very long, did he?
Getting board of these WALKERS now (see what I did there, eh?)![]()
