Every time I click on a post to reply or a different topic, etc, it's taking up to two minutes to load the adverts up, is there a problem with the site. On other sites it seems a lot quicker.

Seen similar since the advert banner comes across the top. Takes about 10-15 seconds for each page for me
Think its related, but the banner ad at the top causes a delays for me in the page loading. For example the page seems to be loaded and you go to click on a thread but then the page jumps for the banner to load and suddenly im in some other thread that I wouldnt normally be caught dead in and everybodys staring at me thinking what are you doing here you dont know old everton pics
Also every now and then the page just goes blank and auto refreshes completely

Same for me I'm using a kindle and apart from last two or three weeks it's been fine.
Spot on to what I am getting on iPad. iPhone seems ok. Just realised no ads on that
I can see average load time across the whole site and it hasn't changed folks.
As for the ads, same network as most of the internet so they won't load any later here vs elsewhere.
[Edit] if you have an adblock/ghostery/ublock type thing on a browser - which a lot of Ipads now enable by default, I suspect it'll be that.

The top banner takes ages for me to load on my other devices - the page itself loads but the ad loads a while after, and without adblock on that browser.
At home - I have a custom dns for myself with a network-wide 'adblock' so don't see ads, but the page loads fine and normally.
E: I used my phone a few times lately and have had no issues on mobile or wifi as well.
Site is only a bit slow on my phone when my WiFi is playing up but that's not the sites doing.
Weird, because the top banner is the same ad network mate as everywhere else.
So, within thread ads etc are the exact same at that one. Quick video, showing what load times should be about (the top ad and side ad should load pretty much identical)
This is on pretty modest broadband, 30 mbps;
^ So should be a second or so behind the rest of page - less if on a decent setup.
I got the loading times I mentioned on a 500mbps connection. Basically the same as the video but instead of taking half a sec it takes like 5-10.
But again, that's just the ad, not the pages themselves, which I have had no problems with.
