Just a quick question, the last three days sonce the upgrades when ive been logging on the forum has been frezzeing on me either in logging in or moving through pages, sometimes the delays can be about 10 mins. Is anyone else having this problem or is it only me? Doesnt seem to be anissue on other sites!

Anyone else having this?>

To be fair though I have noticed a couple of moments of lag. Plus the date thing is out by an hour, and that's on at least 3 other PC's I go on.

Its nothing to do with your PC - to check your PC's clock, you just look at the bottom right of your taskbar (y) - that dictates the time on your PC. So checking other forums/PCs is irrelevant. Its a personal, member setting. As said here and here

When the clocks change, would you test your living room clock in three different houses to check if its the clock or the house? :P

Most of our users aren't from the UK, dictating the time to them wouldn't be a good idea.

But seriously though, dont take the piss, only say if the forum is freezing if it actually is. It takes me time to look into these things. A few checks have shown the forum is fine.

Sorry, I don't see GOT as the all knowing all speaking oracle in my life. If I missed a post, it's because I have a life.

Been happening all day again for me its not my PC as i logged in on another system with a different ISP and the same storey. I dont know if there is a prob with my account or something.

Like i say its more like a lag then a freeze (about ten mintues of lag) it happens when i try to forum jump, go back or forward a page, its not every time its like one in every ten attempts. It only started after the last update and every other site is just as quick as before.

See, I and the rest of the staff, also have lives. Hence the implementation of 'high maintenence' members. When you asked for technical help from me, you neglected the search feature, and the thread three threads down with the answer already clearly provided.

Fair enough. I appreciate your not the most savy of browsers. So I spent time to answer the question again to the thread you started.

Despite this, you then proceeded to ask the question again. So again, I answer, for the third time. This time, I gave links to the last two answers, to show I wasn't ignoring you.

I took about 10 minutes from my life just to get them screenshots to help you but no thanks? rather you take a swipe at me. Nice.

Take time out from your busy life and work on your decency, which is clearly lacking. If someone went out of their way several times to repeatedly assist me, spending time to annotate screenshots, I would appreciate it, rather than be dismissive and say "I have a life".

Anyway, Neiler I'll do a few speed checks again. All looked fine so far and having asked a few, no one else has reported it and its all fine for me. Would Will PM you in a day or so to ask for specifics because sounds like an individual problem.
