I know there was the Mercedes period of domination, but it was never this non-competitive: there was at least a second car challenging and the others were closer.

This is unsustainable because the sport is becoming boring for even the fans who love the sport.

I wonder if verstappen is a bit bored by it all too - the only bit of fun he has is on the first corner.

Maybe that’s the wider strategy from other teams /let verstappen win every race by 30 seconds plus - hope he retires in a few years and give someone else a chance.
