Player Valuation: £35m
Colm Goode has hit out at Duncan Ferguson in regards to his loan spell at the club. The 19 year old striker has appeared just 11 times all season but is yet to find the net. "My loan spell has been a nightmare. I've struggled to adjust to life at Fylde and I don't believe I have been given a fair chance to express myself. The team are doing well but how are players supposed to improve if we aren't given enough game time? I came here on loan under the assumption I would be playing regular football and that has not been the case. I could have had more minutes playing in the u23's league. Ferguson is a good coach and I respect him but I question the youth development policy here. There are other young lads here like Darren Morris and McKimm-Forster and we often find ourselves left out of the squad on match days. If I realised it was like that here I would have opted for somewhere else."
