The rain, it raineth every day
I make my own sloe gin, quince brandy, blackberry vodka and whisky as well as different jams from foraged fruits. Any local groups which do this sort of thing ?
 



I'd probably touch base with these lot mate, although this advert's old, they're still going, if you're around the City it's probably a good bet for contacts/knowledge/advice like.

Fwiw, foragers tend not to share their resources too readily mate. Asda can do one like.
