I picked a load of wild garlic too the other day. The young ones were ace in a salad, and the older leaves we treated as spinach. That soup sounds ace.

Only other stuff I've ever picked wild are bilberries and hazelnuts, I really want to learnt which mushrooms are safe. The only bit I know is that all morels (the weird spongy looking ones) are safe to eat when cooked but NOT mixed with alcohol....
