Use FMRTE and turn all your youth players into wonderkids. Sell them for massive profits and unless you've got an future cut of the player being on-sold, turn their stats back down when you sell them.

And you can buy old players like Beckham, turn him into a 21 year old and get another 10 years out of him.

Krivets (from BATE Borisov) --- Sebastian Blanco (from Lanus, i think) --- L. Acosta (again Lanus) --- Van der wiel (from Ajax) --- Seamus Coleman (on loan or a buy, you choose. Default price at season 1 - 200k; at season 2 - 2.5m) --- Camel Meriem on a free - great player, Dimitar Makriev - if you have him you should really buy him, ace player that --- Mathias Cardacio - great player also --- Antunes - 350k fixed price from Roma, but better to play him as a winger IMO.... --- Jonathan Cristaldo on a loan-to-buy deal

Play Carroll upfront, him + Makriev scored heaps for me, usually him as a Target man.

Well yes, if your assistant/scout/coach recommends a player he'll be good. Just don't expect players from abroad instantly fitting in your side. Sessegnon/Defour/Vukcevic needed about a month to fit in my Everton 'win-it-all' side (EPL, FA cup, League cup, Europa League) in the second season (2010-11).

P.S. Look at Davies (or Davis) from Derby County; he's an AML and did wonders for me as WBA/Newcastle. Usually available at around 1m.

Krivets, Acosta, Aron Gunarsson, Sebastian Blanco, Coleman (provided you're not starting with us), Antunes.

Vukcevic is about 3-5m usually, i don't count that as too much.

Krivets is awesome for any team, one of the best wingers for under 3m for me. Blanco isn't that much, i agree, but for a season and then sold for a profit is great. Bought him for Everton when i sold Pienaar (18 to Bayern) and was a good replacement, doesn't seem to cut it now in the 2nd season, but probably cause everything's improved. Acosta is also a good winger, bought by 'Boro, i think, on my save, for 5-7m in the seconds season and is great.
Coleman/Antunes - as i said, given enough game time, they start at being 200-300k, and end up being 2-3m in the second seasons.
Van der Wiel is good, bought him second season when i sold Hibbo, about 2x better than him. But if you're with Everton just keep a hold on Lucas Neill.

Also, van der Vaart on loan, 1.8m loan fee. Same with Gago, usually.

With City you can buy whoever you want, really. It's not a challenge.
